        Came in to buy a SIM card to add to my business account for my fleet vehicle and waited for at least 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. Get some customer service skills. It’s ok to be preoccupied but AT LEAST acknowledge people who walk through your doors. You all weren’t even that busy. Two employees with one set of customers each. Not even a “we will be with you shortly” much less a “hello” or “welcome to T-Mobile”.
