These people are highly unprofessional, RUDE AS HELL and incompetent. I went here to purchase an Apple Watch on my account. Hours later and 2 mangers+ the employee and I left empty handed. BUT I’ve been mysteriously paying for a watch that has been on my account since February. I promise y’all ANYWHERE but this location will be your best bet. This would now be the second time I’ve left that store with another line “accidentally” added to my account. I’ve learned my lesson this time around and avoid this place at all costs.

I wanna start off by saying that Steven (the guy that helped us) was very friendly and polite. But the other guys that were working today were only on their phones and taking turns cat calling woman that walked by the store. We were there about an hour and that's all the other employees did was try to get woman with bigger assets in the store. Otherwise Steven took care of most of the customers walking in while we were there

Don't waste your time or money at the Tmobile by the Dining Pavillion in the Florida Mall. We went in tonight to order watches. Could not get past Damian at the door who told me "we don't have the 4, they are on backorder". (I didn't even ask for the 4, but okay.) I asked if they had ANY watches at all & he said "no, we're out of everything". I asked him when I could come back to order watches & he said "in a week". My husband was surprised at his answers so he asked him the same questions in Spanish to make sure that's what he really meant. My husband also told him he needed to buy a case & Damian said "todo esta en backorder". He didn't bother to ask what phone he needed it for or anything. I knew the watches could be preordered so we left the mall, drove across the street to the corporate Tmobile store on Sandlake. I preordered the watches & my husband added a line & bought a new phone case & screen protector for himself. We've been with Tmobile for 11 years & upgrade phones & accessories routinely as new things come out & my husband is always adding lines. I guess we will have to stick to the Corporate store because this store is a joke. Who let's their sales employees act like that? Even if you truly are "out of everything" certain things can obviously still be ordered/pre-ordered because another store was perfectly capable and more than happy to do it. Also, I'm not sure why you would allow employees to stand in front of the entrance blocking the doors either. I thought the point was to get people into the store? And if it's because you're "out of everything" why are you even open if you don't want to bother ordering anything for your customers?
