I should have known better. But, I figured things change and I would give Greenway another try. I was right, things did change. They are even worse than they were years ago. They will tell you anything, (lie) to get you to buy and then not live up to promises. I bought a F150 in October and was charged $2000 for a bed liner, 2 fender wells and a simple pinstripe on each side. Plus I bought and extended warranty and never received any paperwork after multiple calls asking for it. There has to be a better solution than - "Greenway the wrong way".

They are very fast and efficient! They got me in right away and gave me peace of mind that my car was is all good. Beau was my Service Advisor and I was very impressed with his knowledge and kindness to help me. This is the best Ford service center in Orlando hands down
