This was atrocious. I showed four separate photos of what I wanted (a longer, shaggier cut that went over my ears and still had a bang), and when asked questions, I answered and described to my fullest extent. She (a woman named Cookie) even asked if I wanted a pixie cut (the photos were not a pixie) and I said no. Nearly all of my hair was cut off. Its shorter than Ive ever had it and could ever tolerate, and I have no bangs. Its not long, and the longest hair is far above my ears. She was going to shave half of my hair off too before I quickly refused! My hair that I loved is gone, and I dont want to go out in public until it grows back, let alone look at myself in the mirror. I feel hideous. Dont go here. Service: Haircut

Anyone but Kathleen (short red hair with a flower pin in her hair).
She cut my hair today. I never center part my hair and prefer cuts at my usual side part. Never had a problem with that before. After she wet my hair, she started to center part for the cut, and I politely stopped her and said I prefer my cut at a side part because I dont center part. She responds no. If I cut off center, itll make your cut uneven. I will cut it with a center part and you can style from there. I respond I never do a center part, and cutting my hair from the center will make my hair uneven when I style. Kathleen said ok fine and handed me the comb to part my hair before cutting. The rest of the cut was ok only because I advocated for myself, although her blow drying skills left much to be desired and left my hair frizzy.

I see a lot of mixed reviews here so let me share my experience. Ive been coming here for the past 2 years. Understand this is great clips not a celebrity hair academy. It is recommended to bring a picture of what you want and show it to the stylist. They make $17/hr and often work without breaks. They come to work because they LOVE what they do. That said, I always bring a picture of what I want and they are NOT easy cuts. Im talking getting half my head shaved, with asymmetrical bangs and multiple layers. My stylist Kathleen is always spot on. I recently went to ULTA and paid $300 for the same cut and they botched it. She did it perfectly for $17. Guys. Its not that hard. For the value and the price, its kind of unbeatable. I always give Kathleen a generous tip to compensate for the great service. She goes above and beyond EVERY TIME. Even when I showed up one time at 7pm and they closed at 8pm, she gave me undivided attention and took her time with the haircut. If this blows up, Ill show pics of the cut. ;) Service: Haircut

I went to get my hair cut my usual person at the andovers lake area was sick and they closed early. I went to the waterford location boy was that a mistake . I think her name is Arleta. She is the first chair on the right side when you walk in today jan 5th around 6pm. My hair is uneven ,long, wavy, and just annutter disaster. She did a lackluster job and put no effort in my hair. Then she gave an attitude when it was said Lisa at andover can do what she can't. "Go have Lisa fix your hair tomorrow" . This place is awful they will ruin your hair
