Pathetic bank! This new cashless bank set up, where you have to get your money from an ATM is a joke. Needed $100 bills, machine only shows up to $50 bills ($5 bills not available either). Ask the woman at the door, she has no clue if they even offer $100's anymore, but will find out. I finish my transaction, and on the way out ask again. All she could say was no, we don't have any. WHAT BANK THINKS ITS OKAY TO GO IN AND NOT GET WHAT YOU WANT OF YOUR MONEY???? Best part is the employees that are actually still there, are just chit chatting and hanging out. What a joke. Seriously considering pulling my money from this bank.

What kind of bank doesnt handle cash deposits? I need to deposit a check and cash money. Im at work until 5:00 pm. And I will not make their on time. Your employee said to try the outside atm but it is not working properly. So it may not put the money in and I would have to file a complaint. So, youre telling I may lose my money and check deposit. And I have to wait on a claim for the check and money to be found? And I have to travel further to another atm? We used to be really happy with this bank. Now, Im not so sure. The employee said that you dont want tellers anymore??!! Are you that cheap that you dont want to pay employees to be a full service bank? Im very upset about this.

Couldn't even bother answering the phone. Called multiple times only to be disconnected twice and left waiting for over 5 minutes with no answer a third time. Called the Winter Park location afterwards and was able to speak to someone in less than 30 seconds.
