I'd give 0 stars to Chase bank. This location opened an account for my daughter, took her settlement check from an accident, closed her account and kept her money. She almost died for that money just for you guys to keep it. Chase bank, you should be ashamed of yourself.

The representative told me he ordered a card for me. Waited 2 weeks, but I never got it. Had to call customer service, and they told me he never even ordered it. Bad service!!

Complete clown show. Wish I could give zero stars. Ive never utilized Chase until opening an account a month ago, and I regret that decision. Even though they admitted to a breakdown in communication that ultimately resulted in the closure of my business account and the suspension of extremely important deposits and transactions, the branch manager (Erica) stubbornly refused to make it right. She also refused to get a new account reopen that day (it was approximately 4:45pm by the time we arrived at this matter after discussing the array of issues) so that I could resume business the next day. She only offered coming back the next morning (when I need to work) and refused any alternative, including handling it herself as the manager. Avoid this branch and probably Chase overall.
