image I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with this place. I went in with my own financing and they tried their very best to get me to acquire financing through their channels. They even told me that they werent allowed to let me use my own. Took hours for them to finally concede that they couldnt do any better than mine, and only then finally admitted that I could in fact use my own financing.
Fast forward two months. I still have not received my tags. Ive called no less than four times to ensure the paperwork was filed and am told each time that theyd get back to me. I finally decide to call the tag office, and Im informed that the dealership submitted the paperwork late (more than 30 days after the sale) and so it was sent back to them requiring a late fee.
I call the dealership and speak with the manager that sold me the car. At first I decide not to tell her that Im fully aware of their screw-up. She tells me that since it was an out of state purchase that its not uncommon for it to take 2-3 months. I then informed her that I spoke with the tag office and am fully aware of the late fee they incurred and the situation requiring it being resubmitted. Only then did she admit to it.
Ive now been on hold for Tiffany for 25 minutes, got hung up on, and now on hold 15 minutes again. Trying to get a third temp tag and just need a tracking number because it still hasnt arrived. Not a big surprise there. Pretty sure theyre just waiting for me to hang up. I got all day.
Incompetent, zero integrity, unprofessional.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else.

image FORGETTABLE. Bought a vehicle at their 'no haggle' price. The wheels started squealing soon after. I contacted the salesman. He ignored me, other than to say "brakes aren't covered by the warranty". So I took it to a mechanic who found the vehicle had NO REAR BRAKE PADS. They were completely worn down. This dealership could have gotten me killed ten times over. When I pay $22k for a car, I expect it has brakes. I called them recently to obtain a copy of the vehicle inspection performed prior to them selling it to me. They said they'd contact me but haven't.
Also, learned the hard way these places know just when to sell. I paid $22k and barely over a year later KBB only pays 11k!

image Enterprise provided an outstanding car buying experience. Ishmial guided me from start to finish, displaying excellent responsiveness and making the process effortless.
The 2021 Camry I purchased was well-maintained with no accidents, and Ishmial facilitated test drives with ease, allowing comparisons with other vehicles. Tag and title were swiftly handled, and Ishmial and Tiffany assured a 7-day inspection window, promising to address any issues found.
Upon bringing the car to my mechanic within the 7-day inspection window, I received glowing feedback on its condition, including new brakes and well-maintained tires. This reinforced my confidence in the purchase and solidified my satisfaction with the overall experience at Enterprise.
Two points for improvement:
1. Insurance oversights: Ishmial initiated insurance sign-up with Progressive, inadvertently adding discounts I didn't qualify for, leading to extra costs.
2. E-signing process: While efficient, it felt rushed, with Ishmial clicking through without ample explanation.
Overall, I'm satisfied and would recommend Enterprise to others.
