So I called in the morning to get my windshield fixed they said come in and when I went there they kept me waiting for 5 hours for a technician that they said may come back and they said they have the parts to fix my car but after waiting for that long I discovered they never had the parts in the first place.. (complete scam) I have never seen so much sabotage and unprofessionalism as I saw from this place this is also not my first incident with them.

One of the worst experience Ive ever had. It all started 2 years ago when I decided to go to Acura and buy an RDX. They literally did all what they can to get me to buy the car so they can get my money, one of the worst deals that Ive ever made as they are a bunch of crooks. Today when I went for a service, as I needed to replace the rear glass - very easy fix - they let me stay for about 5 hours and no one said that the parts are not there. Anyways I got so mad and upset and wanted to get the part and have someone else install it and guess what, at this point I heard that they have to order it and it will be delivered tomorrow if I placed the order today which is another lie because tomorrow is Saturday. Dont waste your time or money, they dont deserve your business.
