This place has horrible customer service! I have been twice and no one that pays for a service should be turned away for any reason. They do not listen much less help solve your issue!!! This should say enough. I did report them to corporate. T-Mobile needs to close this affiliation!!!!

Very Thankful for Alex and the Crew here tonight for all the help with my Mom and Me with our phones! The team was nice enough to stay past close in order to make sure we were helped to the fullest! Very appreciated! Amazing Staff and Super Nice Assistant Manager :)

Had a great experience. I will drive here over the store closer to me that was horrible. Shantel was amazing helping me find a solution for my problem. This is the first time I have had a good experience with TMobile customer service in store.

Horrible, horrible, and BEYOND horrible. There are 5 people sitting in the back and only 1 lady helping at front, I just came to pay my bill!

Today I went to the establishment to get help with a reconnection problem and the guy who helped me called customer service and due to their negligence they cut off my service and to make matters worse because of them I had to pay without having had It's my fault... and they didn't resolve anything... they didn't make any progress, I left disappointed.
