      image I ordered online, pickup chosen was 45 minutes. After I submitted my order the response was that my pizza would be ready 20 minutes earlier than I picked. I called immediately and they said you needed another step after picking your time slot. This was not clear on the app. They told me my pizza was already started and they couldn't do anything about it. Manager explained it but did not apologize or offer discount.
