We LOVE ProTherapy! Some of the most compassionate people Ive ever encountered. Our 2 year old loves seeing Ms. Amy every week and we feel completely comfortable with him being there.

I took my daughter here for her first evaluation sometime last week and was very impressed everyone was so sweet! they were very welcoming. The first evaluation does make you feel like you failed as a parent but Julia reassured me, Ive been waiting on insurance to clear and have been speaking to Jean over the phone and she has been AMAZING very nice every time I call. I cant wait to start my daughters therapy

Julia Peavy, She called me on 5/21 to set up an evaluation for my son through zoom. It was set for I want to say 5/26. Did the evaluation. She said they were getting back in the swing of things because of coronavirus and that hed more than likely will start mid June. Great. Fast forward I called and left a message on 6/19 to figure out what was going on. Nothing. Called today on 6/24. Julia the owner who did my sons eval picks up and I say how I left a message and Im wondering whats going on. She knew exactly who I was and says shes been meaning to call me, how its not them. Theyre waiting for a therapist to be certified or Recertified. Ok? I express my frustration because I wish I wouldve known that instead of waiting with no type of update or call back. She then gets rude and says shes busy doing evaluations & other things & I shouldnt question her. So then I said well then when will I know when hes starting therapy & her answer was when we call you. I totally get things happen and things get delayed but communication would be nice along with a better attitude.
UPDATE : after a phone call my son will now be attending speech therapy here. Id love to see how it goes and am hoping because of covid both Julia and I were just frustrated due to circumstances beyond both our control.
UPDATED AGAIN : My sons provider is Amy & shes been very nice dealing with. My son enjoys going and am happy hes getting what he needs. Ive seen improvements but we still have a ways to go. All in all am happy.
