Hired DiMauro Concierge to take care of our home in Naples, and we have been so grateful to have such a responsible and trustworthy company to maintain our home while we are away. The owner always answers the phone regardless of the time, and having struggled with other home watch companies not being responsive this is a great relief and truly sets them apart from the others.

We own a home in Naples and spend about 6 months there during season and the rest up north. Dimauro keeps watch over our property not only while we are away, but even while we are in Naples. He and his staff are extremely professional and are always in touch sending us detailed status reports after each visit. They always take care of issues that arise. It is nerve racking owning property from far away but knowing Dimauro is always around keeping an eye on things gives us peace of mind. Dear Dimauro - wonderful and professional concierge service
Since moving into our new house. I have to say. We were very well greeted with such a politeness and an extremely professional service by the Dimauro. he always responded to any request, when we weren’t quite sure about something. first moving into the property not knowing locations for cars services and or restaurants, shopping locations, hardware store etc. Just your basic day to day running around. He knows! I tell ya.
We very much liked the service he has provided to us. Facilitating all of the above and more.
Dimauro concierge-continued to provide this professional services and in my mind he represents This town very well.
I’m sure he’ll always be of help in future anywhere he works.
