Mr. Handyman remodeled our master bathroom and we are thrilled with the result. We weren't available for most of the process and their team assisted us with vendors, tile and cabinet styles, colors etc. They are professional, communicative and neat. It was a very pleasant experience.

I do not understand how this business can have any positive reviews. I called them for a small job that is exactly what their website advertises that they specialize in. Their representative then proceeded to tell me they could not assist. When I asked why she just repeated herself several times and then hung up. They were my last resort since every other company in Naples only accepts large jobs. Meanwhile Im stuck with no help for a simple repair that is just what a company like Mr. Handyman is supposedly in business for! I would love to hear from the owner of the company to explain why you refused a very simple job.
**In response to the companys answer, they did not provide a referral. The representative seemed to be doing a Google search on her own for a kitchen cabinet company and then said she could not locate one. This also would not assist me as a paying customer since cabinet companies in Naples wont bother taking on such a small job. In addition, I do not need a cabinet specialist to fix the slider on a drawer and glue together a piece of wood. That would be what the services of a handyman are for. Bottom line, their website advertises old fashioned, friendly and reliable home maintenance services for everything on your to-do list yet they refused to assist with the simplest job you can imagine.
