My identity was stolen I did not apply to work here I want to call to clear that up and find out who is using my information to apply here funny enough nobody wants to pick up the phone dont know how you can hold buisness that way.. funny when something serious is happening you guys wont pick up the phone youl be hearing from the bbb soon since you dont want to tell me who is using my identity how u found my personal information

Was signed up for seminar and it was canceled and if I was called no message was left and showed up someone should have confirmed I got the notice I canceled another lunch to attend this one very disappointed very unprofessional

Just spent 2 hrs. with a broker named Denise and walked out without insurance. What a waste of time. As soon as her next appointment arrived she was done with me even though I was saying I wanted to sign up. Her reason for refusing me was because she said I didn't look happy with my options. I wasn't, but l need health insurance and had already been there too long and wanted to just sign up for a plan. Instead, I walked out with nothing and she moved on to her next clients. She obviously didn't want to keep them waiting. Worst experience ever! Very disappointed and I will make sure to let everyone I talk to know about it.
