Mixed Experience at The Residence Inn, Naples FL

My recent stay at The Residence Inn in Naples, FL left me with mixed feelings. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the grounds were well-kept, there were several cleanliness issues that marred the experience.
Upon entering the room, I couldn't help but notice the accumulation of dust and grime. The air vents were not only dusty but also moldy, which raised concerns about air quality. The shower head appeared rusty, and the bathroom showcased visible mold. The frame around the window also showed mold. These findings were disappointing and made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay.
Despite these cleanliness issues, I must commend the staff for their professionalism and attentiveness throughout my visit. They were quick to address any concerns I raised and went out of their way to ensure my comfort.
Overall, my experience at The Residence Inn in Naples, FL was a mixed bag. While the staff was commendable and the grounds were pleasant, the lack of cleanliness in the room, particularly with mold and rust, significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of the stay. I hope that the management takes steps to address these issues to improve the experience for future guests.

The room was very spacious compared to some other Marriott hotels especially staying two weeks at a time. The bathroom was a more updated one compared to when I stayed back in December. Elena was very welcoming and helpful & when I asked for extra towels Lacey brought me some very quickly, since Im close to the front desk. First floor has close access for coming & going. The only downside to being by the gate is its loud when people slammed it coming in and out. Dixi in housekeeping was friendly also & cleaned my room to my satisfaction. I ate breakfast outside by the pool and enjoyed the selection offered. Will continue to come back, hope for it to be renovated soon!

WOW, I was really disappointed in this location from the minute I walked into the door. It is outdated and in much need of a remodel. The carpet in the carpet in the halls has a filthy appearance and unpleasant odors they are trying to mask making it worse!!! It is definitely not the Marriott standard and don't fool like I was by the misrepresenting images on their site. The grounds are barley kept up and the service was poor. The carpet in the room was gross and stained. I was scheduled to stay 4 night and immediately canceled after the first night. I would not recommend staying at this location.
