DO NOT SEND ANYTHING THAT IS VALUABLE TO THESE PEOPLE!! I SENT A SLIPCOVER IN FEBRUARY AND IT IS STILL LOST! I WAS PROMISED IT WOULD BE READY BEFORE OUR GUESTS ARRIVED A WEEK LATER AND INSTEAD - IT IS STILL MISSING MARCH 21ST!! THEY SAY THEY ARE "JUST WAITING FOR IT TO BE RETURNED" AND DO NOT RETURN MY PHONE CALLS AND WILL NOT COMMIT TO ANYTHING AS FAR AS REPLACEMENT! I HAVE TWO COUCHES WITH THE SAME SLIPCOVER - AND BELIEVE ME THE COUCH UNDER THESE SLIPCOVERS NEED THEM! I WOULD HESITATE TO SEND ANYTHING OF ANY WORTH TO THEM AS THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE NOR ARE THEY HONEST!

Note: SCAM UP CHARGES !!!! I couldn't agree more with some of the other reviews regarding how the quality went down and they won't even reimburse the cost of dry cleaning.
I spent $$$thousands there over the years and rarely if ever complained. Years ago I'd discovered they added a hidden surcharge any time they noticed a designer label. Obnoxious SCAM policy!!!! They're already the most expensive cleaner around and frequently the "designer label" was something inexpensive from an outlet while really many much more expensive custom things don't have any label or they just don't know. The items they charged extra for weren't adorned with anything. Just simple sweaters or shirts. A few owners ago I stopped going there for this reason and thought for the past couple of years they had stopped this SCAM. They haven't. Recently they overpressed a brand new blazer which I brought and told them to be careful as I'd noticed on some other things recently the quality wasn't as good as it used to be. I informed them it was new and hadn't been cleaned prior. It was terrible. They tried to redo and made it worse which their staff acknowledged. When finally reaching the owner after about a week, he offered to redo again, but nothing else. Of course I wasn't going to let them further damage my blazer. The owner didn't offer any kind of credit, not even for the cleaning. The people who work there are nice but have no authority and the owner doesn't understand customer service evidently and/or would rather lose thousands than make any nominal $$$ concessions. Be careful of the SCAM upcharge!!!!
