Hello, my name is Yailed Perez. In the month of March I was contacted by the company Debbie Katz Inc. where they needed my services to sew masks and with pleasure I participated in that project. I worked day and night to be able to comply with the production in the first months. perfectly fine but the following month he owed me 245 dollar that he never paid me. When I asked him for my payment he was upset and until that moment the communication between us was in Spanish he required me to speak to him and write in English that I was not in my country

Customer service is a disappointment. My wife has yet to receive half of the order (purchased in the beginning of August). After no tracking updates at all, no clear answers when I requested updates (was told to look into it myself) and then no product received on my end, I was told it should have been delivered and asked for proof I haven't received my order. I work for a company where customer satisfaction is of utmost importance so to be treated like this. One dress came, it was late but taking into consideration what's going on due to COVID not overly delayed. My disappointment started when the dress was missing 2 buttons. No big deal, I contacted them to send replacements. Their reply was the big disappointment: please mail back the dress for a refund and order another! Are they crazy? They expect me to pay to mail the dress back and order and wait for a new one? Could they not simply mail me 2 buttons? I'd have to be desperate before ordering from them again. Qaulutit of clothing to is a complete disappointment. Speaks volumes of what Debbie Katz stands for!

I've received 3 pieces of clothing all of poor quality of cloth and careless sewing and 2 of them came damaged. Shirt came ripped and dress. I contacted customer service right away. I just wanted to return it. They take days to even reply to you but looks like they don't want to work with customers. They just keep playing email games without resolving anything! Don't buy from them! Not worth it your time and money!
