Terrible all around! Avoid at all costs. Scheduled pick up for a sunday then didn't answer any of their phones all day long. Finally called at 7am! the next morning saying they were coming to pick it up. I was already on a flight to California by that time so they then made my mom wait 4 hours until they were ready to pick it up. As if that wasn't bad enough, they decided that the huge parking lot (where I have had my car shipped to and from multiple times) wasn't convenient enough for them so they made my mom drive up to the highway so they didn't have to do any work. They then told her that it was probably going to take 4 days for some reason (normally takes 2). Absolutely no contact until today at 4pm saying the car would be there in a few hours???? Was I supposed to be sitting around my house all day every day so that they could show up whenever they wanted? I've shipped my car many times and have never once had a problem. They've all been very friendly, helpful and given reasonable time estimates IN ADVANCE. By far the worst service I've had the misfortune of working with.
