        I went to buy needles and I usually ask if there are manufacturing problems (sharpness, loose carts, etc) due to some issues I’ve had with cartridges in the past. This man had no clue what I was even referring to when I asked this question. I had to reiterate myself to him more than once and when he assured me that there were no issues, I bought two boxes. These needles aren’t even sharp enough to shoot up with. I either got a dud or these people have no clue what they’re doing/talking about. Super disappointing but oh well. Glasses guy was nice even though he was clueless.
