Not sure what all the bad reviews are about on here, like why they are there. Guess everyone has different preferences and experiences but Ill say this, Ive been to Lous twice to buy jewelry and this was my first time getting pierced with them. The staff is NOT rude and unfriendly in any way, I went with my husband and was told to return by the piercer in training so I left and came back at the time I was told. Very friendly and what a good experience, I was pierced without any issues. Very clean sterile shop, Jayden (hope I spelled your name right) was very sweet and took care of me. She did an awesome job and Im happy with my stud piercing! Sadly Im moving up north soon but I wish I would of come here sooner for my other piercings. Id definitely come back here! Thanks!
