Terrible customer service. I was schemed into signing up for a free trial that ended up being a 6-month membership. Each employee told me something different. I was never shown any physical contract nor asked to sign anything, to then be told that I would get charged $75 every second of the month. I need someone to contact me ASAP.

My recent visit to Massage Envy was marred by a series of concerning incidents that left me deeply disappointed. Firstly, I encountered a front desk employee named Jayla, whose demeanor was not only rude but also exhibited elements of racism. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and has no place in any professional setting.
Furthermore, I observed that there were underage individuals working at the front desk, raising serious questions about adherence to labor laws and workplace safety standards.
When I attempted to address these issues with the manager, Rachel, her response was disheartening. Rather than acknowledging and attempting to resolve the situation, she appeared indifferent and unhelpful, which only served to exacerbate my frustration.
It is imperative that Massage Envy takes immediate action to rectify these issues. This includes addressing staff behavior, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing appropriate training for management to handle customer concerns with the seriousness and respect they deserve.
As a customer, I expected a level of professionalism and courtesy that was sorely lacking during my visit. I sincerely hope that Massage Envy will take this feedback seriously and implement meaningful changes to improve the overall experience for all patrons.
