RTI is a fantastic company that really stands behind its work. I had a couple small leaks in my roof, and it was questionable whether they were covered by a warranty. That didn't matter to RTI - they came to the house and fixed the problem under the warrant. They were responsive and professional to boot. I highly recommend this company. Service: Roof repair

I used this company back in 2015 to repair roof leaks in a certain area in my garage. Then in 2017 I had leaks in the same area and used them again. Then I developed leaks in the same area again in 2020, but I decided this time to use a different roofing company. I was told by the roof workers of this company that previous repair was not done completely correct. Since I am not a roofing expert, I cannot verify this. Time will tell if its done right this time. Perhaps the bosses of a roofing company should have their workers take photos of each step of the repairs to make sure they are done correctly. In my opinion, roofing repairs by any company are only as good as the worker's performance in doing the job. Service: Roof repair

A new roof is probably one of the largest purchases a homeowner makes - with very little knowledge of the product or contractor. After getting proposals from several local roofers, I was referred to RTI. My initial contact was with Don. He was extremely credible and his pricing was competitive. In addition the deposit was minimal and the permit was included !!! RTI completed the roof in just 4/5 weeks and it looks great. RTI is run by an impressive team - Initial contact and proposal was completed by Don, Bob coordinated the scheduling, material, permit, etc and Hector was the onsite supervisor. I was also impressed that all of these guys were available for questions at all times and would return phone calls promptly. In addition, the office staff was very professional and polite. The work crews were also very professional. If you need a roofing company that you can trust - call RTI !!! Service: Roof installation
