Chickee Huts Inc

We used this company when we first did our chickee hut some years ago, and they did a wonderful job. However, we had to re-thatch it last year (2019), when it was done we complained to about it not looking right. It looked uneven and it did not look good. After going back and forth we gave up and left it as it was. Unfortunately, 6 months later we noticed there was a hole and water was leaking through,. The water leak damaged our outside TV and there is damage to the wood. We have tried to get them to come out and fix it as per their warranty & contract to no avail. We have spoken to them and they say they are going and never shown up. This was 8 months ago and nothing yet. If you are thinking of doing business with them, don’t. We have never complained about a company before. It has been very frustrating and unprofessional of them. Please use someone else.

the worst company to use in my house instead of fix the roof they took out all the good material and use one really bad it looks like it is 10 years old and it is only 3 never recommended not even one star in my opinion
