RTI Roofing

Now I understand why so many bad reviews on Yelp..I thought I chose a reputable roofing company RTI roofing seeing the good reviews. I guess Im the unlucky one. They really deceived me with my repair. I experienced so many lies between Domingo (worker) and Ivan (office). They sent a proposal to repair (with warranty) a leak Domingo found and I agreed. Look at the photo to see what they first intended to do, they were actually going to cover my gutter with repair material. Hard to believe, not very professional. I had to contact Ivan in the office telling him this is not acceptable. After repair was completed, Ivan called and wanted me to post a reviewI said sure, after it rains and confirmed leak is repaired. It rained and still the exact same leakWhen Domingo returned to repair the leak, he decided to do a water test this time and left. His boss called and refused to honor the warranty, stating Domingo found the real location of the leakand offered to repair for more than four times the cost of first repair (which I already paid) refusing to honor warranty. Total scam., Not my lucky day. Really took me for an expensive ride.

I have been a customer of RTI for years. They are professional and courteous and quick with estimates and responses including office staff and workers. I would recommend them highly for your roofing and pressure cleaning needs. 5 stars for there service

RTI Roofing is the best roofing company in the Pinecrest/ South Miami/ Kendall /Coral Gables area. Have used them for my house many times over the last 10 years, and have recommended them to any and all of my real estate client's who have had roofing needs. They are honest and show up whenever you need them. Their installers are professional and hard working, always show up when they are meant to. Their roof repair guys (a father- Domingo & his son) are a class act. RTI is a gem* definitely recommend!

Domingo fixed a leak in my kitchen quickly and effectively. Im happy they could visit my place so quickly to assist me with this problem. Should someone require roofing repairs I would suggest utilizing their services.

RTI did our entire roof several years ago, and we are still on warranty. There was some rotten facias board and several small missing holes which they came out and corrected satisfactorily. I would still rate them well for standing behind their service.
