I recently had the pleasure of working with Statewide Septic for some septic work, and I must say, I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were evident. Juan, in particular, was fantastic with customer service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and needs were met. I called them to have the septic system pumped and got an education as well. Juan provided amazing customer service, took before and after photos, showed me some of the issues he found and installed a filter that the last company we used did not do. He had to do some digging to get to the access caps but it was left just like he found it when he was done. Excellent value, very responsive and professional; we will be calling them out again when the time comes.

Ralph was great! Showed up on time and was a pleasure to deal with. He got my issue resolved and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
