I don't understand how you guys have such a high rating when you offer such poor customer service. It has taken FIVE. "technicians" "specialists" "field supervisors" and I don't know who else DAYS to even guess at what the source of a leak is from. NONE have showed up during the estimated time window. And now want to charge $500 to hopefully identify the problem? Big yikes. No thanks. I will try to find a company that sends real licensed experienced professionals that can deliver solutions instead of wasting everyone's time.

They have a FABULOUS team at Roto - Rooter! Richard was kind, professional, & AMAZING! The whole process took less than 1 hour He was able to swap out the garbage disposal, etc. He was SO KIND to our beloved dog! Their dispatch team kept in contact with us and even called to offer an earlier appointment if we needed it. I would refer this team over & over again!

Excellent service. I had an emergency on my parents place in Homestead, Florida and the time from my call until the time Richard arrived was AMAZING!!!problem was solved. They are pricy but very reliable.
