      image The manager was amazing. We are from out of town and needed the glasses asap. She ensured we got them the same day despite the store closing in less than two hours. She was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend the LensCrafters at Dadeland mall.

      image Unfortunately our last interaction with this store WAS THE WORST EVER. They voided my Son 2023 Benefits without any EXPLANATION and would not do anything about. Without any compassion and extremely lack of care they did a transaction where the Customer was brutally affected and On top of that they called him stupid.
      The associates should be trained especially when they are dealing with vision insurance.
