I believe I've being a patient since they opened 1985. If I'm not mistaken.
I know 4 @ least the past 16 years, back then Jos & Now Jobi have being EXCELLENT CONSISTENT while ABOVE & BEYOND, handling all patient's needs, with accurate & genuine care. I'm very fortunate & thankful just the same.

Rebecca said she was not the manager and could not help me because my Online order was having a issue. She told me to wait 2 days until there was a manager there Then when I ask someone else for help they said she can't help me so I feel like she just didn't want to. That is not the customer service this company should strive for

I have always received fast and courteous service from the personnel at this store the pharmacy staff are excellent.
