Frustrated to hear, upon arrival, that the hotel was experiencing some sort of gas issue so we may have situations like no hot water. UPDATE: indeed we had no hot water. They should have called and let me know so I could make other arrangements if that was a deal breaker and frankly I am livid. I get in the shower with no hot water! I don't even think it is legal for them to have patrons when they have no hot water. Not pleased that instead of "we are sorry for any inconvenience " i got more of a deal with it attitude from the front desk. Calling the desk later I did get a sorry but should have been offered some type of credit or refund. All I was offered was the managers email.
Also a bit bothered by the parking. You pay but not to the hotel. No one told me when I checked in. In lot saw signs. You have to use your phone to pay by scanning a QR code. Going to a site, entering your license plate and credit card. Doing so in full sunlight and trying to type when you cannot view your phone is ridiculous. Get your license plate number and do it in the lobby. Web site was very poorly designed and I had to enter credit card information 3 times.
Otherwise I would mark the hotel as decent. AC seemed broken in some way and spent the night waking constantly to being too hot or too cold and the comforter was too small for the bed so the ac on one side of the bed blew under the covers and directly on me. Not very restful. Bed was comfortable other than that

The hotel was clean and people were friendly. We enjoyed our stay. The pool is shaded in the afternoon so it felt cool to the kids. The room was on the small side for us (a family of five). The beds are only doubles and the bathroom is tiny. The sink is on the outside and open to the room which we didn't like. The location is by the airport which worked for us.
Rooms: We stayed in a suite with 2 doubles and a couch that had a trundle. We had one kid on the couch and one on the trundle. Bathroom is tiny.
Safety: We felt safe in and around the hotel
Walkability: There isn't really anything to walk to.

Stayed here before and after flight. First night, room was not clean (I believe we were on the 3rd floor). Second night, the entire floor ( I believe it was 6 ) smelled and our room smelled especially bad. Dispensers mounted on walls in hallway sprayed some chemical on a regular basis. Question health concerns!
