My stay experience here was phenomenal love it here. I stayed four days three nights here and it was an absolute pleasure. Everyone was super professional and friendly, my room was excellent!!! The best part was the shuttle service we didnt have to pay for Uber. Alex, Sergio, and Maria were the shuttle drivers they were excellent super super professional. The front desk crew were just as excellent just cant give names because i didnt look at their name tags. I will absolutely refer this place and its a very safe environment!

We just moved to Florida due to my job bringing me here, my wife and I were stuck in this hotel for almost three months and I can tell you that we didn't enjoy being stuck in a hotel for three months, not being on vacation and with two large dogs, but the staff and the people here made it an enjoyable experience.
From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by Romero, who took us and showed us the room, answered all of our extended questions and met us and everyone we saw him interact with, with the patience of an enlightened master.
We had traveled through three different hotels, for different reasons through the South Florida area and either people were dealing drugs in the parking lots, breaking into cars, or tweakers running around but when we got to this hotel those problems were in the rear view mirror.
We felt safe, we felt welcome and we were never, not once ever, an inconvenience to the staff. If we were we never knew it. The pool area was nice, and we hung out and made many friends in the three months that we were there, meeting some people who had been coming and going to this hotel for over three years due to work, and only going home every other third weekend. Only to come back and see us still sitting there by the pool grilling our dinner.
We have a new extended family now, and we all met at the Sonesta Simply Suites, from the staff to the guests there is something cool about this hotel that just brings all the people there together, from all walks of life and I know our paths will cross again.
