This hotel is absolutely beautiful

This hotel is absolutely beautiful in the public areas. The staff is ultra-friendly, though as with any place like this, if one person doesn't know, ask around, there's lots of obscure area knowledge that one person may have that another doesn't.

After staying at this hotel for four months Shana Mortimer the general manager was extremely rude to us and hung the phone when we asked for assistance with locating a package we accidentally left there during our stay. I explained that someone was there at the front desk to collect the package and She hung up the phone on me and then refused to take my call afterwards. She also told the receptionist to tell me that she was not there so she wouldn’t have to assist us. I will be writing corporate and making a formal complaint.
This response is absolutely false. Shana Mortimer hung up in the middle of me speaking and when I called right back less than a minute later she was all of a sudden “not in office” and refused to take the call. They even hung up the phone when I called back the second time and they recognized my voice and number. I had to call long distance from my regular number in order for them to answer the phone . Once they realized it was me again the receptionist went on a long hold then came back and said hold on and transferred me to Shana’s voicemail. Completely unprofessional . Shana Mortimer even asked me why I was still having packages delivered to the hotel if I wasn’t still staying there although I had already explained twice that we accidentally didn’t pickup the package when we stayed there a week ago. This question was extremely rude and unwarranted especially since it is obvious that we have been back and forth and stayed at the hotel multiple times in the last six months. She isn’t even aware if I am planning to return in the next few weeks. Completely unacceptable.
My information is on my profile and I confirmed it to Shana Mortimer again during our conversation. I need someone who is professional to assist with resolving this issue urgently please.
It’s amazing! I called the next night and spoke to the front desk agent Brian and the package was sitting right there in their storage the entire time from March 1st! So the general manager -Shana Mortimer couldn’t find a package that was sitting there for weeks and had the audacity to be rude! WOW!

Rooms and furniture needs maintenance, Staff needs more training, I asked for clean towels at 7pm and I did not get any till I am out next day, you ask for toilet paper to use the restroom and the front desk guy said I have to wait 20 minutes.
I went to restaurant downstairs at 0843 pm and waited for more than 7 minutes then someone came and said he is not accepting orders after 0845pm LoL! He was hidden tell it pass 0845pm then he showed up!.
I called after midnight because there were some guests fighting in the aisle and he asked me if I know what room they are in! Should I keep records of the hotel guests?
After all this location should not linked to Marriott from anywhere or given a 3 star rate hotel.

Ladies and gentlemen please please please do not stay here. I stayed there on my birthday last weekend and an employee got into my room and stole my apple watch and when I spoke with management they stated that it did not happen. The management team was not helpful at all. DO NOT STAY HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY, i stayed here for a week.. 800$ taken out of our bank account without informing us beforehand, this was after already paying for the hotel. one charge of 500 and another of 298.83 hmm that’s oddly specific don’t you think?? i’m also going to find out which maid decided to walk throughout my hotel room while me and my family were sleeping, thankyou for making me not be able to trust hotel safety or staff ever again. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE the toilet didn’t even work we were told to use the one of a whole different floor.. marriott headquarters will be hearing from me and if not i will have a lawyer.. better hope your general manager contacts me first before i get ahold of headquarters because someone’s losing a job..

On arrival after paying in full online they stick us with a deposit fee of $100 that was never mentioned online. The clerk said it would be refunded three days after check out! Well it's been 7 DAYS STILL NO REFUND!! WHERE IS OUR MONEY ????scamming??
