The free transfer from the airport to the hotel worked without any problems, but you have to call the hotel beforehand. The dark room facing the street was loud, freezing cold and musty. There was no safe, there was no hand shower in the bathroom, just a rain shower on the ceiling. The air conditioning was very loud, dirty and smelly. If you turned this off, the noise of the street and the planes taking off could be heard even more and was very annoying. The air conditioning could not be closed. But the carpet and bed were clean. The sink was in the hallway at the room door, the toilet and bathtub were separate.
The breakfast was minimalistic, the taste was disgusting. The heated industrial egg, which had previously been frozen, was inedible. There were plastic knives, forks, spoons, the paper cups for coffee and juice were individually wrapped in plastic. There was a huge mountain of rubbish every time. This is unworthy of Best Western, I am completely disappointed. For the high price I really expected more. The good reviews are extremely misleading. For an expensive night without breakfast it might be fine, but nothing more.
The free transfer to the airport or to the rental car station was good again. A transfer to the cruise terminal was also offered. This was organized by the hotel and advertised at reception; a price was not mentioned beforehand, not even when asked. At the end the driver held out his hand and collected $30 without a receipt in cash only. The passengers were also upset.

Needed a clean, convenient, safe, friendly hotel near the airport during a super long layover in Miami. This place was great for all of this and they offer transport to and from hotel, Several restaurants that are walkable, not on the busy main street and perfectly comfortable for several hours to chill.
Rooms: Clean, comfortable and maintained. With microwave, and refrigerator and large tv.
Safety: In a Comercial/Neighborhood area that was not on a main road, quiet area.
Food & drinks: Several mini markets and restaurants in the area.

Extremely friendly staff. Free airport transfer with a nice breakfast. They were able to store our bags safely in the hotel itself. Very good!
