My daughter booked me a massage here with the therapist Odalis because I had terrible back and neck pain and it was the best massage Ive ever had. Odalis targeted all of my pain, knots, and tension which made me feel so relieved afterwards. Shes also very kind and easy to talk to, I would definitely come back with her again. Also the front desk workers are very nice and helpful.

Hot stone massage was good. I think the overall interaction is important, and to me, the apparent supervisory staff were less than pleasant. I understand this location is a fanchise. Will visit a different location next time to see if this is a consistent thing.

Estela was great, she did my facial. Very professional and clean. I could notice the difference right away. My face was much cleaner and not red at all, which was unexpected for me. If you want to pamper yourself and don't mind spending the extra money, this is the place for you.

My friend was in Miami visiting for weekend. We made a massage for her and facial for me. We hit terrible traffic due to a I believe fatal accident. So terrible. Called well in advance yo say wed be 20 minutes late. Our 50 minute treatments became 30 minutes treatments although place was empty. Very unprofessional. Will never return
