Mr Gonzalez was very professional. He told me straightforward that he wouldnt be able to come to the property until the following week which he did and was early even told me how long it should take him and he was on point by the time I got there he was using the blower to blow the cut pieces off the road. I called 3 other services before his and they gave me a run around and high price like they were not even interested. The day I called him he was in the area and came by and looked at it and was ready that day to cut but I was still evaluating my options and when I called back he told me straightforward it wont be until the following week. JAG Lawn Maintenance Inc. gets a well-deserved five stars!!! After my landscaper retired, I had a tough time finding a good landscaper. After another company botched my landscaping, the team at JAG swooped in and pruned my trees and hedges just in time for a party I hosted at my home. I reached out to Jose Gonzalez, 3 days before my event and even though it was a busy holiday weekend, he squeezed me in and made my home party-ready. His team listened to what I needed and really exceeded my expectations. In a world where good customer service has gotten hard to find, JAG Lawn Maintenance is a breath of fresh air. They are responsive, fairly priced and knowledgeable. This is not a company that will send out a random crew and bill you. The owner, Jose, will personally make sure your requests are met and your expectations are exceeded. I will be their customer for life! Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Do not use this company! Long story short, I called this company to have my grass cut and I spoke to the company owner. He asked me if I wanted to have continuous service or one time. I told him would be based off my experience with them. As a business owner, he bragged about his google reviews, said that he is the best and that he has amazing service, which I get. Who wouldn't, right ?At that point he had me sold! He also said that he will give me a CALLBACK TO SCHEDULE. Apparently he wrote all my information down! Well, that was 09/23 and here we are 9/28. Let's just say no! I wont be using them! Follow up service is trash! I have received no callbacks and I dont desire to do so. As a business owner, your word is your bond and I will not be using them.... EVER. Someone else could have had the opportunity to cut my grass and would gladly receive my money, but I waited on them. Don't use them! and for the record, stop saying "God Bless You" at the end of your calls, sir. Horrible company. Save your time and money, because first impression is everything and the way you present yourself, should be the way you come through. #NOPE
