I have been there before and liked it. But just ordered the pasta carbonara was dry not enough sauce, lacking in taste.  Asked that instead of salad to give me more garlic rolls, what a mistake, they were hard as a rock, not done.. Called restaurant they said sorry they are fresh from today.

Good neighborhood Italian pizza. Didn't give them 5  stars cause I asked well done and it was far from well done.

My girlfriend and I used to come to Little Louies regularly a few years ago. We used to love this place. Food was amazing, staff was awesome. Today, we went back for the first time in almost 2 years and we were vastly disappointed. The garlic rolls are not fresh like they used to be. Almost rock hard. The pasta was decent, but portions have decreased while prices have increased. Lastly, CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY, they charge a 10% gratuity without telling you. So I tipped 18% on top of the 10% they charged me without telling me. When I called them after seeing the 10% on the receipt to ask if they posted that charge anywhere, they said No, weve been doing this for a long time now. They offered me a refund but I said that I would simply like them to be transparent about it for other customers. The response I received was all I can offer you is a refund for the gratuity, I cant do anything else so I said fine, give me my gratuity back, keep your shady 10% since you imposed it on yourself. I came here to see if other people had this same issue. Not only did I see that, but I also see the owner responding to criticisms posted by others essentially calling them liars. Something changed at Little Louies in the past two years. Perhaps a change in management? Not sure, but its a noticeable and disappointing difference. I wont be returning, unfortunately. Such a shame because I love small businesses like this. Just not when theyre shady.

This was a disgrace to Italian cuisine and terribly unethical to charge for a dish that was inedible. We ordered pasta bologneses and penna vodka. The bologneses was full of grease. The penne vodka was the worst vodka sauce I have ever tried. The pasta was so overcooked it was inedible. The chicken was flavorless and tasted old. There was more cream than red sauce. It was so bad I sent my dish back and when we received the bill they only took 50% off. I had 1 bite. We questioned the bill and the cook said "we offered to replace it". Excuse me? I wouldn't feed this to my dog was the response. There is nothing they could re-fire that I would eat. The bathroom was filthy and the waitress barely spoke English though she was friendly and did her best to understand. They didn't have any bottled water or tea. The water we were given was from the tap so we settled for cans of coke instead. Every restaurant would take a dish a customer did not eat in the result of poor execution off the bill. Do yourself a favor, save your stomach and your appetite for an ethical business that cares about the quality of the food they put out.
