These adjusters are AMAZING!! I have had two insurance claims denied. In both occasions I contact Platinum to help with my denied claim. After Platinum's involvement, both claims were approved. They saved me from tens of thousands of dollars in out of pocket home repairs. Thank you Jonathan, Jacob and the rest of the team!

I'm giving a 2 star only because I have a difficult time getting in touch with the young lady who is supposed to give updates on our case. I was given a number and told I could text when ever I have a question, only to call the office after several days with no response and be told that the number I'm texting is no longer in service. I proceed to leave a message with the receptionist to have Violet call me back with an update and even followed up with an email and still I await, mind you it's been several days. This is absolutely poor customer service. Prior to being turned over, Jeffrey was handling our case and he was absolutely amazing, even if he couldn't get back to me immediately, he would definitely respond to let me know. Hopefully someone will get back with me after reading this post. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

So grateful for Platinum helping us with our claims. We worked with Shane who worked so hard and tirelessly to advocate on our behalf. Constantly negotiating and following up with our insurance company to ensure we got what we deserved. Some people hesitate to use adjusters but I can say this was the best decision we made. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat!
