        My experience is always excellent when calling your office starting with the receptionist, that is so helpful. My agent Erika Macedo that when above and beyond in helping me with everything I needed. She even followed up on the weekend, to making sure I had everything I needed done correctly. She seems to understand what I need even before I can put it into words, and goes out of her way to make things easy for me. I am very pleased with State Farm, and especially pleased having Erika as my "contact person". I've been with State Farm ever since I moved from Michigan to Florida.
