they do not know what they are doing. I am preparing a case against them,i have been asking for Declaration pages for two years and i get one excuse after another, now they say i did not have insurance, the Bank has paid them i believe there is fraud going on, i will get to the bottom of this. The fun has just begun.

Gave them 1 star because 0 or negatives are not an option. These are the fact-based reasons why: 1) year after year I get a notice for lender-placed insurance because the policy submitted by my KJV agent is never enough coverage 2) for 2 years in a row my mortgage went up as a result of the policies placed by the bank due to these deficiencies by KJV 3) for weeks on end, after endless phone calls and emails providing the limits of liability required by the lender, still nothing is correct, or worse yet, nothing is received from KJV agency at the bank 4) my husband showed up at the address listed on the internet and that location is CLOSED. The new address provided by KJV agent is an closed, empty office space where we instructed to “just slide letters I had received from the bank under the door.” This is beyond fishy. 5)Good luck actually being able to reach KJV agent on the phone. After 10-20 phone calls, leaving voicemails and emails, you may get a call back. I am finally leaving them. Please beware.

customer service is terrible. The phone number listed on the net which is the only phone number I had to reach them is disconnected without providing a new number. The only way to contact agent is via email and good luck with that. I have received many notifications from the bank which holds my mortgage that the policy coverages are not correct. I tried to refinance my house and the refi process took longer than it should have all because they were unable to reach agent and the documents I had were not correct. When asked repeatedly to provide Hazard Insurance policy documents such as policy / declarations page, they basically refused to do so. There is definitely something strange going on with this underwriting company. I have left them and do not recommend anyone does business with them.
