Very unprofessional people/agents. My agent Jessica Leconte was unresponsive, hard to reach & unprofessional. Many many mistakes was done on whats supposed to be a legal document. Tried to call main office spoke with Natalie Thomas, to try and hopefully resolve the issues i was having with my agent, she was absolutely no help just kept making excuses for the agent & company. I've been try to cancel my policy because of this & I've been giving the run around for about a month while they are still collecting payments from my bank, so basically I'm paying for their mistakes. Easy to get in, hard to get out.
