        Initially we were very thrilled with the promptness of James working with us on our homeowners insurance. However, as our closing date got closer, he asked us for some additional documentation for repairs. When we provided what we were able from the electrician, he told us that he was unable to assist us, and would not work with us at all. Ten days before our closing date, we had to frantically find a new insurance company to insure our home, which created a huge headache. Ultimately, going through James was a great idea, but it was a poor experience for us.
