        Unfortunately there are no negative Stars to select from. Trust me this company by far has won the award for the worst attention to customers/client service. They are right above there with Valvoline Oil who damaged our vehicle . Gallagher Bassett claims to have sent payment to repair shop but yet after over 2 weeks, check has not been received. Meanwhile, repair shop has our vehicle, Gallagher Bassett still has their monies and we are out of our truck for now over 3 weeks.

        I work seven days a week they got my vehicle repaired very quickly no questions ask when they where at falt they took care of my injury and also pain by getting me to a specialist in pain management so I can deal with my recovery
