        Called a few times to ask about lowering my rates and left messages and nobody called me back.

        Terrible experience!! AVOID this place!! I had this company as my broker for my car lease. When I turned my lease in & leased another car, I attempted to call Insurance Nation several times a day for over a week with no answer. I left several messages trying to switch my coverage to the new car. NO ONE would return my call. The insurance company I was with, Travelers, informed me that I could not make the changes myself & had to get Insurance Nation to make the changes. I had to scramble to get another broker to override Insurance Nation & take control over my policy to get my new car covered. Then after all that, Insurance Nation reports me to the DMV as having no insurance coverage for the car I turned in, leading to threats of license suspension. What a mess!! These people are completely unprofessional!
