Not only they took all the time in the world to process a paper, but then they decided to give me attitude and behave beyond unprofessional telling/mocking me "you've called every week asking for your money." First of all, it's my money and secondly, if you had done things right I wouldn't have to call you. People, avoid this at all cost. There are cheaper, more professional companies out there.
