Cool vibe and trendy people. The place is getting kind of beat down e.g., bathroom fan is noisy, cracked mirrors in elevator., taps broken in bar. It is priced accordingly. International feel. Pets add $50. Free well drink at check in. Walkability: Close to food, bars, and retailers.

There was no room between the bed and the walls. Definitely not a luxury experience. This hotel is for a younger crowd with no taste. Smallest king room I have ever stayed in. Terrible view! Terribly uncomfortable and a total rip off. The only redeemable qualities were breakfast was delicious and it was convenient to where I needed to be. Rooms: Rooms are tiny. Walkability: Very convenient to Bayfront. Food & drinks: Good breakfast steak.

When I first walked in I was shocked on how small the lobby area was. The guy working customer service in the morning had much attitude. The rooms and bathroom are very small and the beds were not queen size beds and were very uncomfortable due to size.The carpets were dirty with stains. You had to wait 10-20 minutes for elevator service. Thank God we were on the 2nd floor so we took the stairs, smh. I requested an extra blanket and did not get it until the next evening. The best part about my stay is the convenience to Bayside Market. We only stayed for a few days before departure for our cruise. Don't believe everything you see in the photos!! For what me and my family paid a night to stay there was not worth it. The rooms are outdated and needs bigger beds and bathroom also it smelled musty in the hall areas Rooms: Very small, dirty carpets, beds and bathroom very very small Nearby activities: Bayside Market Walkability: Very short walk to Bayside Market it was no more than a 5 minute walk Food & drinks: The restaurant there was over priced and the food was not great

Stayed here one night last week before heading home. Our room was on the penthouse floor (17th) and had a nice view and the location was good. The bad: the bathroom was the smallest bathroom with very little move around space. The beds were not queens more like a double and for 2 people sleeping in each bed you could not get comfortable without almost falling off. The bed was also very springy you could feel them. The air when kicked on was so loud it woke me up. Worse night of sleep in a hotel. Also let's not forget the $50 for valet for 1 night. It says in the lobby $40 and when I asked why charged $50 they said it was taxes etc. Below reply.. if wanting to do great business, instead of saying we will look into it since your the owner maybe say we can refund you a little money since not clear. You won't get any future business from me
