Comfort Keepers of Hollywood has been caring for my mother for over a year and I have been extremely happy with the service and care provided. The employees are all extremely professional, kind and caring. The office is very accommodating whenever I have to make a schedule change. My mother looks forward each day to the time she gets to spend with her "friends" from Comfort Keepers and it's no wonder -- they treat her like a queen! They are so patient with her and go out of their way to do special things for her. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers!

Eight years ago I had the opportunity to work with Comfort Keepers for a number of weeks while my 90-year-old mother-in-law lived at my home while recuperating from a broken hip. I found the caregivers to be extremely capable, punctual and kind. They took excellent care of my mother-in-law for a number of weeks while providing my husband and me with our privacy within the home. Now Comfort Keepers has returned to our lives while they are caring for my 98-year-old mother. Once again, these caregivers are truly caring and do a wonderful job meeting all of my mother’s needs. My mother is very fond of her caregivers. It is difficult to find just the right agency to help during such a challenging time. I know because I investigated several agencies years ago. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers, though, to anyone looking for an established, highly reputable agency with a well trained staff.

Horrible negligence on patients. Unable to hire proper staff. Elderly people are defenseless against these untrained and unprofessional people. It’s a shame there’s so many companies that have such a horrible reputation still in business. Disgusted with such unprofessional humans that have no respect for the elder and so heartless. They don’t even deserve one star.
