    My 11 year old son has a Cpap from them and not once did they explain that he has to be on the machine a certain amount of time every night (it’s extremely hard to keep A mask on a child at night) however I try my best. My son stopped breathing 59 times in his sleep study he really needs his machine and they called me and told me they’re picking it up because of compliance that he doesn’t wear it every night. Not to mention a week before they told me as long as he has it out for the next 10 days he will not have an issue with us picking it up. Five days later they threaten to pick it up even though he’s been on it consecutively like they advise me. They blamed it on the insurance company I called the insurance Company I called the insurance company and they stated it has nothing to do with them that they are covering it it Hass to do with Apria directly. I never signed any papers where they stated the compliance that needs to be met however they’re threatening to pick up the unit with no care in the world as to my sons health. Everyone I speak to tells me something different even the insurance company called them while I was on the line and they were told something different no one is on the same accord and no one seems to know the right way to do things in this company.

    So far it has been approximately 3-4 weeks since I've been attempting to get equipment from Apria to assist me with my mom who fractured her foot and is unable to ambulate. I call just about every day and I get a run around. The PCP office cannot understand what the hold up is either. I've had enough. Worst experience ever. Do not use this company!!!
