The service is great, friendly in office staff, always attentive to any questions or concerns I may have. Administrator tends to answer calls or questions which is great, it makes me feel concerns are truly being heard.I recommended this agency to my uncle whose son is completely nonverbal autistic. The aide that assisted with him was experienced and absolutely amazing, Magaly was her name. The level of experience she presented showed me that the Agency thoroughly vets each aide and that they follow all guidelines and rules set down by the Health Care Administration.A big point that definitely convinced me and my uncle was that they conducted an initial visit with my cousin and his parents in order to assess and understand better the needs/wants of my cousin.
