My client's wife went to this community Venezzia By Lennar in Miami a few days ago to gather some information so that we can coordinate a showing with both husband and wife and me as the Broker. The following day As a broker I requested a showing online and never got a response from anyone but my client the Husband scheduled a showing as well and his appointment was confirmed within minutes. When the wife went to the community alone they never asked her if she has a Broker working with her nor did they give her the option to write my name as the Broker. I even called the person who confirmed the appointment with my client and explained to him I was the broker. He said to come in and we can figure it out. When we all showed up to the appointment, they didn't want to cooperate with me as the Broker. Something so simple as adding me to the system was denied. They called around a few people and for some reason they didn't want to cooperate with me the Broker. So odd and suspicious why my appointment was ignored but the client himself was approved for an appointment easily. Bad service and business dealings in my opinion.
