I have no words to describe the outstanding level of service I have received from Siutse hair extensions for the past four years. Consistent hair quality and consistent customer service. I visit both the branch in Coral Gables and the branch in North Miami Beach. My hair color is matched to perfection, the quality of the hair allows me to wash and set however I want. Prices are extremely reasonable and the Salon is IMPECCABLE, SPOTLESS! You think Starbucks has a winning formula? Well Starbucks has met its match! :)) Siutse hair extensions has a winning formula that will enable them to keep growing!! Make your appointment!! They are booked 3 weeks in advance!!!

This goes to the so called lady and I believe owner of Siutse in Coral Gabels. I went by many times in the past. The first time I called and asked if she had a number of specific extensions of such type, length, quality & color.. she said yes come in at 5 and I'll do it for you. I asked her to double check that she had them because I was visiting and I was staying really far from Coral Gables.. like over 1 hour and 30 minutes by car she said "yes yes yes, I have them here I'm holding them on my hands" I said "are you sure they are this specific length color brand.. because I can check other places since I don't have too many days here and so busy... so if I go to you I want to make sure you have them in stock" and she insisted- "yes, I have them" I trusted her.. she lies. When I went there she didn't have them and she acted like she was confused she knew I was traveling that week and I had other options to go for extensions if she would have told me that she didn't have the hair I needed. She convinced me of her confusion and convinced me to do it, she appeared welcoming at first and the salon looked "specialized" so It caused me a good first impression and decided to ignore the red flags.. what a mistake. I paid over $2000 and I thought it was overpriced but any time I would ask she would respond "Is luxury what you want" well, your service is everything besides "LUXURY".. so called lady... you are the most unprofessional person I've ever met... she took advantage of me and I was handling so many responsibilities that week I wanted to believe that was the right place .. I'm an artist and my hair need to look good.. and I'm always busy. I drove there for two hours for nothing because she didn't had the hair and she gave me another appointment.. I was exhausted.. I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and think that she didn't plan that... and that she really got "CONFUSED" well, no, now after all I realized she knows exactly what she does in order to get the most money from people and gives you an awful service, unless you are lucky. I went many times to do my hair just because I was used to her salon and the hair from Great Lengths when in miami and I felt she never finished the job... she uses your bank information to charge you in advance, puts the extensions up and then she starts rushing to leave home, cuts them off quickly leaving them flat, lifeless & shapeless.. & she always has a great excuse to rush you. She will tell you that she has your color to convince you to come in and then she will play the "CONFUSED" and will try to push you to mix different colors and qualities of hair as soon as you get there in order to get rid of the old extremely dry hair stock... IT'S OBVIOUS. Don't listen to her she just cares about money not about costumers. A couple of times I had to pay other stylists to fix my hair and the extensions because she ruined them! I always thought it was a bad day.. but reality was SHE IS DEEPLY UNEXPERIENCED. And she is someone who will lie to you in order to get you to make an appointment with her every single time so you don't go somewhere else.. and she will promises you what she won't provide. SHE IS DISHONEST & DEEPLY UNPROFESSIONAL and just cares about how much money she is going to get from the costumer. Is her job to not put too many extensions till the point that your head hurts and put them in a way that your scalp doesn't suffer... she installed them in a way to fit as many as possible to charge me more bundles even if my scalp couldn't handle it I was crying. I had put extensions many times and never had the scalp irritated. Las time she put so many extensions I had to go to the dermatologist and she removed them because it was too much tension for my scalp skin and it was damaged and hurt then I had to pay for them again in Switzerland because my hair looked crazy after.. and I was suffering... the ones I put in Switzerland were the exact same hair just 4 times cheaper and 100 times better service than hers. SHE NEVER TAKES RESPONSIBILITY.

I love Siutse salons.. I love the way my hair looks and the service is outstanding, would to all. The ladies there provide 5 stat service!!!
