Beto is family. For 8 years he has been cutting my hair, doing my wifes hair, and now gets to cut my kids hair. This guy is a pro and I would never consider anyone else in Miami. You get what you pay for and Elite Styles always overdelivers!!

I came into this salon looking to get a dip powder manicure and a cleaning on my feet as I had been to this particular salon to have a pedicure and knew she could clean but not paint. I left today very disappointed because she didnt have a clear understanding of how to do dip properly and it seemed as though she was struggling to remember the dip powder process and in return damaging my nails; my feet cleaning was not so clean. In the end I was still being charged for the full service until I made a point to make the front desk staff aware of the mishap. They proceeded to get me to pay for a pedicure even after I showed them the flaws such as my white nail polish from my previous pedicure still on my toes. I left feeling very taking advantage of and this is becoming common thing here in Miami with horrible customer service. I feel the situation could have been handled differently. Someone of more knowledge could have perhaps tried to recover my horrible manicure but not even that was offered to rectify the situation and to anyone reading this save yourselves the heartache if your expectations of good customer service are at least decent.
